About the Role

The Research Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the talent acquisition process by managing and streamlining recruitment activities to ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position is responsible for coordinating communication between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams to facilitate timely and effective hiring decisions. The Recruitment Coordinator will oversee scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and assisting with onboarding logistics to enhance operational efficiency. By managing recruitment data and generating reports, this role contributes to strategic workforce planning and continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Ultimately, the Recruitment Coordinator ensures that the organization attracts and secures top talent while maintaining a positive employer brand throughout the hiring journey.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems by updating candidate statuses, maintaining accurate records, and generating recruitment reports.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate new hire integration.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates, answer inquiries, and deliver a positive recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, human resources, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate recruitment environment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the United States.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
