About the role
VICTR Research Projects Coordinator 2 positions are available within the Vanderbilt Institute for Clinical & Translational Research (VICTR). VICTR supports clinical and translational research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates research projects
- Serves as a bridge between clinical and research teams
- Works closely with the department director, project managers and/or principal investigators
- Writes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manual of Procedures (MOPs)
- Maintains documentation as needed for projects and programs
- Utilizes quantitative and qualitative research methods skills
- Fosters collaboration between team members
- May coordinate focus groups or participate in other qualitative data collection
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Preferred 2+ Years of Experience in a Research Environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented
Qualifications
- Relevant Work Experience
- Experience Level 2 years
- Bachelor's Degree

- Advanced programming and statistical expertise
- Data management and analysis

- Drafting section of research proposals
