Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research programs, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Cook up multidisciplinary teams, including researchers, technical staff, and cross-functional partners, to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Prepare status reports, executive updates, and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support laboratory and research operations by coordinating workflows, ensuring compliance with research protocols, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and contribute to long-term research strategy.
- Leverage a foundational understanding of UX research methodologies to support research planning, execution, and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing complex research, program, or project initiatives.
- Strong project management experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with confidence making independent decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting UX research or research operations.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms.
- Familiarity with research methodologies, compliance processes, and operational best practices.
