Research Program Manager IV

About the role
Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle management, including SOW scoping, negotiation, PO creation, invoice reconciliation, and contract renewals across multiple research vendors and markets. Maintain accurate budget forecasts, track burn rates, flag risks early, and prepare leadership-ready status reports on a regular basis. Navigate procurement systems and sourcing processes to establish new vendor engagements, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with sourcing managers on competitive bids. Build and continuously improve operational infrastructure such as trackers, intake systems, and dashboards that serve as reliable sources of truth for teams and stakeholders. Manage complex, interdependent timelines across multiple markets, vendors, and internal teams, proactively identifying dependencies and sequencing risks to prevent blockers.
Requirements
- 7-8+ years of experience in program or operations management, preferably in UX research operations, consulting, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in managing vendor lifecycle processes, including negotiations, PO creation, invoice reconciliation, and renewals.
- Strong budget management skills, including forecasting, burn tracking, risk flagging, and leadership reporting.
- Experience with procurement systems such as Buy@, Coupa, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to develop and maintain operational infrastructure from scratch, including trackers, canonical systems, and intake processes.
Pay
$80–$85 per hour
