Responsibilities
- Cook up research and public health projects.
- Keep schedules, milestones, and action-item tracking straight.
- Submit IRB documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Organize stakeholder meetings and communications.
- Recruit participants and handle study logistics.
- Keep project documentation and records updated.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Monitor deliverables and contract performance.
- Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Support quality control and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage multiple tasks with ease and competing deadlines.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Have at least two (2) years of project coordination experience.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Able to obtain and maintain a favorable Government suitability determination.
- Able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal healthcare, public health, or research programs.
- Experience supporting clinical research studies and human-subjects research.
- Experience coordinating IRB documentation and submissions.
- Experience supporting military medical treatment facilities.
- Familiarity with hearing conservation, occupational health, or readiness programs.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams, hybrid work environments, remote operations, or nationwide field activities.
Pay and Benefits
