About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the research team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement research strategies that align with departmental goals and contribute to the institution’s research agenda.
- Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.
- Secure external funding sources to support ongoing research activities.
- Prepare and present research findings at national and international conferences.
Requirements
- A PhD in a relevant field with a strong publication record.
- Proven leadership experience in a research setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
