Program & Project Coordination
- Evaluate and manage complex project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent regional initiatives.
- Establish, update, and oversee robust project tracking systems, databases, and program documentation frameworks.
- Lead the oversight and management of partner deliverables, grant reports, and operational contracts to ensure strategic alignment with program objectives and compliance requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Direct the comprehensive planning, strategic coordination, and execution of professional workshops, technical trainings, steering committee meetings, and field-based partner events.
- Manage full-scale event logistics, including the development of program materials, registration structures, participant communications, and strategic follow-up deliverables.
- Negotiate and interface with external venues, agency speakers, and multi-state partners to lead highly successful collaborative events.
Additional Research Responsibilities
- Manage high-level budget tracking, analyze expenditures, and oversee financial documentation across multiple funding sources in coordination with financial administrative units.
- Establish and enforce data management protocols to ensure rigorous organization, compliance, and quality control of program data, regional models, and collaborative outputs.
- Execute other advanced operational and professional research management tasks as required to advance program initiatives.
Program Administration Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and institutional workflows for the regional program, collaborating with leadership to ensure operational continuity.
- Design, organize, and maintain secure program files, digital assets, and shared resource repositories for internal and external collaborators.
- Direct cross-functional scheduling and high-level calendar coordination for complex program activities involving multiple agencies and states.
- Synthesize technical content to develop formal meeting agendas, professional summaries, and strategic action-item tracking matrices.
Strategic Communication & Coordination
- Author, edit, and format professional technical reports, program correspondence, executive summaries, and formal research briefs.
- Direct and manage communication networks across internal university staff, state and federal agency personnel, and NGO collaborators.
- Develop, evaluate, and update comprehensive onboarding frameworks, resource guides, and internal workflows for incoming staff and research collaborators.
