About the role

The Research Nurse I position is responsible for providing clinical research support services to investigators and study teams. This includes coordinating patient recruitment, managing study protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient recruitment and enrollment for clinical research studies
• Manage and update study databases and records
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with study teams and patients to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and distribute informed consent documents
• Assist with data collection and management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in clinical research or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
