About the role

The Clinical Research Nurse will facilitate preparation of IRB protocol submissions and informed consent forms. Key individual in identifying, recruiting and interacting with patients throughout the entire study. Responsible for completing and maintaining all study documents, in compliance with IRB, Cooper Health System, sponsor and FDA requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate preparation of IRB protocol submissions and informed consent forms
  • Identify, recruit, and interact with patients throughout the entire study
  • Complete and maintain all study documents in compliance with IRB, Cooper Health System, sponsor, and FDA requirements

Requirements

  • 0-5 years clinical research experience
  • Graduate from an accredited RN program
  • NJ-RN License, CRC/CRCC preferred

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of clinical research principles and practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in electronic health record systems and research software

  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
