Research Lead, Policy Communications

For our client, we are seeking a Research Lead, Policy Communications to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead a mixed-methods research function focused on informing policy communications through rigorous evidence and actionable insight. The ideal candidate will shape research strategy, synthesize complex findings, and help translate them into clear recommendations that support executive decision-making. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen research quality, surface key policy issues, and influence organizational actions in a fast-moving technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Build and manage a comprehensive mixed-methods research program Design and oversee quantitative studies including surveys Lead qualitative research efforts to gather insights on policy issues Translate research findings into executive-ready reports with recommendations Establish high standards for research quality and practices Qualifications 5+ years of experience in mixed-methods research Expertise in quantitative methods and survey design Experience with qualitative research including interviews and focus groups Ability to translate complex research findings into actionable recommendations Proven record of influencing cross-functional teams with research insights Benefits Remote work flexibility with hybrid model of 3 office days per week Relocation assistance offered for new employees Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
