About the role

The Research Grants Administrator is responsible for managing the grant application process, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the submission of grant proposals to various funding agencies.
  • Ensure all grant applications comply with federal regulations and guidelines.
  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of grant funds.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to funders.
  • Collaborate with researchers to ensure grants support research initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., public health, biology, or business).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
