About the role

The Research Grants Administrator is responsible for managing grant applications, ensuring compliance with funding agency requirements, and coordinating with external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage grant applications from inception to award
  • Ensure all required documentation is submitted on time
  • Coordinate with external partners and funding agencies
  • Monitor progress and report on grant status
  • Prepare and submit reports as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in grants management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to research grants
  • Experience with grant writing software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
