About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support options trading strategies. They will work closely with other engineers, traders, and product managers to ensure that the technology meets both technical and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, product managers, and designers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall codebase quality.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on options trading platforms.
• Experience with Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with options trading platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies is beneficial.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.
