Responsibilities
- Create synthetic data generation pipelines to create RL environments.
- Create pipelines to ensure quality on generated environments.
- Show strong understanding of foundational NLP & RL Techniques.
- Show strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and system design.
- Show proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, C++, or similar) on Linux systems, with experience building large-scale services, infrastructure tooling, or distributed systems.
- Show ability to reason about trade-offs between performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Show general SWE experiences and experience with LLM training (a bonus).
