Research Engineer I, S3

Purpose of the Position

The research engineer will provide industrial engineering knowledge and expertise to funded research from DoD and the Army.

Responsibilities

• Provide industrial engineering knowledge and expertise to funded research from DoD and the Army.
• Analyze industrial support for military supply chains, recommend improvements, and identify critical bottlenecks.
• Mentor undergraduate students in ISE support of military systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 24+ months of full-time work experience.
• 12+ months of support of industrial engineering operations.
• Knowledge of Line Balancing and Simulation Modeling.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 30+ months of full-time work experience.
• 18+ months of support of industrial engineering operations.
• Knowledge of Process Management and Ergonomics.

Pay

$68,151 - $70,000
