How This Position Supports The Department’s Vision The Motor Vehicle and Driver License Division, Compliance and Investigation Bureau are seeking a reliable and energetic new team member for their Dealer Service Group. As a Research/Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in the processing and handling of dealership licensing. Duties Performed To Support The Department’s Vision Develop and conduct research studies pertaining to dealerships and present the findings to all available stakeholdersIdentify dealerships that are not in compliance with Missouri laws and regulationsConduct and develop research studies based on the evaluations of dealerships and will provide improvement ideas or recommendations to leadershipReview constituent complaints about a dealership and make necessary decisions of the action that will occur on the dealership dependent of the investigation Core Compentencies Needed How to conduct appropriate analysis of documentsBasic office support dutiesEfficient with time managementAttention to DetailStrategic ThinkerGood Organizational SkillsVerbal/Written Communication Skills The State of Missouri offers an excellent benefits package that includes a defined pension plan, generous amounts of leave and holiday time, and eligibility for health insurance coverage.
