Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports
- Create visualizations and reporting solutions for business stakeholders
- Analyze operational, financial, and HR-related data
- Support workforce planning and staffing analytics efforts
- Validate and monitor data quality
- Translate business requirements into reporting solutions
- Partner with leadership on analytics initiatives
- Support future reporting modernization efforts
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Tableau reporting experience
- Business intelligence and reporting background
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI exposure
- PeopleSoft experience
- Cognos experience
- Higher education experience
- Financial reporting experience
- Research administration experience

Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Pay rate during the contract period: $40 per hour
Typical conversion salary: $80k- $90k annually
