Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection and analysis methods
- Lead organization and execution of data collection
- Manage and analyze quantitative data
- Synthesize and report research findings
- Supervise student researchers and manage research team meetings
- Co-author reports and briefs for various audiences
- Collaborate with communication teams on public relations efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a social science field
- Four years of research experience with two years focused on human rights
- Commitment to equity and justice
- Excellent multicultural communication skills
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
