Research Associate / Senior Research Associate - In vivo

We are seeking a talented and motivated Research Associate or Senior Research Associate with hands-on experience in performing in vivo studies to join our team in Brisbane, CA. This full-time position will report to the Group Lead - In Vivo and will focus on testing nanoparticle encapsulated therapeutic drugs in vivo.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement in vivo experiments, in collaboration with team members
- Work cooperatively with multidisciplinary matrixed teams
- Keep detailed and organized lab records
- Present results at team meetings
- Execute standard operating procedures with accuracy and precision
- Perform rodent handling, including drug administration (IV, IM, IP, SC), anesthesia, and organ harvest
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with rodent handling, including but not limited to drug administration (IV, IM, IP, SC), anesthesia, and organ harvest
- Familiarity with rodent models of immunological disorders and/or genetic diseases is a plus
- Ability to execute standard operating procedures with accuracy and precision
- Work cooperatively with multidisciplinary matrixed teams
- Keep detailed and organized lab records
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year (RA) or 3 years (SRA) of hands-on in vivo experience.
