Research Associate Senior - Cellular Therapy Translational Research - West Penn

Essential Responsibilities

• Implements and manages the technical aspect of research and development projects.
• Plans and coordinates all activities pertinent to specific research and development projects.
• Communicates and collects all relevant data related to R&D projects.
• Serves as a liaison between clinical staff and research projects.
• Ensures patient safety, compliance with the protocol and regulatory agencies and adherence to appropriate safety regulations and data integrity.
• Performs other duties which may include but not limited to mentoring new employees and participating in hospital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related research experience
• 1-3 years’ related experience
• Experience with research processes, including data collection and data entry
• Experience with computer software programs
