Responsibilities
- Experiments related to determining mechanisms underlying the functions of thyroid hormone receptors in cells and in vivo by developing novel methods of gene transcription and analysis in liver and other tissues.
- Experience working with animal models of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques including ChIP-seq, single cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and generation of mutant mice models.
Qualifications
- A Ph.D. degree.
- A minimum of three years of postdoctoral research experience.
Requirements
- Strong background in molecular biology and genetics.
- Experience with animal models and mouse genetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
