Research Associate Position - Division of Cardiovascular Medicine

Responsibilities

  • Design, conduct, and analyze data from research studies evaluating the impact of health and social policies.
  • Evaluate the impact of Medicaid and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) on health outcomes.
  • Lead data analysis and manage research projects.
  • Oversee a team of trainees and statistical analysts.
  • Contribute to project design, implementation, data interpretation, and manuscript preparation.
  • Prepare manuscripts and lead data-driven research.

Requirements

  • Expertise in health services research, with a focus on using large-scale data sources such as administrative claims and electronic health records (EHR).
  • A Ph.D. degree.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience with manuscript preparation and leading data-driven research.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Philosophy.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of postdoctoral experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
