Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design a broad range of experimental protocols to support research and development objectives
- Perform laboratory experiments, capturing detailed observations and interpreting data outcomes
- Analyze results and prepare technical documentation, summaries, and reports
- Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records in compliance with documentation standards
- Contribute to improvements in laboratory processes, efficiency, and overall working environment
- Apply advanced technical expertise as a subject matter resource in specialized areas
- Evaluate complex datasets and problem-solve using critical thinking and scientific judgment
- Select appropriate methodologies and techniques based on project needs and established practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including participation in investigations or core project groups
- Build effective partnerships across departments to support project success
- Mentor and train team members on laboratory techniques and best practices
- Troubleshoot experimental challenges and implement corrective actions as needed
- Present experimental approaches and findings to team members and stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of quality and promote a “quality first” mindset in all activities
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, or related field)
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant laboratory or research experience
