About the role

Research Associate III position in Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS), a global leader in in‑vitro diagnostics dedicated to building a healthier future by advancing science and ensuring access to healthcare. PHCS focuses on integrated diagnostic testing, laboratory efficiency tools, healthcare digitalization, decision support software, precise information delivery, and companion diagnostics partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support Ventana projects.
• Exercise technical expertise and discretion in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments that contribute to project strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss experimental results within the department and project team.
• Maintain a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature and participation in conferences and professional societies.
• Follow company policies and procedures for GMP, GLP, Design Control, and other applicable standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files.
• May act as principal investigator in conducting own experiments.

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences preferred).
• Master’s degree acceptable with up to one year of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant post‑college experience.

• Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates with less than 4 years or more than 6 years of post‑college experience.
• Candidates with a Ph.D.
