What You'll Do
- Process whole blood samples from clinical studies
- Cook with the clinical team and lab manager on sample receiving, processing, testing, and biobanking
- Execute clinical immunoassays and other cell-based assays under supervisor guidance
- Analyze and accurately report assay data
- Contribute to reports and presentations for internal and external technical discussions
- Support development of new clinical assays, including optimization, qualification, and troubleshooting
- Maintain lab notebooks and documentation per good documentation practices
- Help maintain a compliant GxP lab environment under GLP/GCLP guidelines
- Track inventory and advise on reagent and supply needs for assigned projects
- Author or contribute to SOPs for new assay protocols and lab equipment
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience, Master's degree, or 6 years of relevant lab experience
- Intermediate skills in cell biology, cell culture, immunology, and reagent preparation
- Experience handling human clinical lab samples
- Familiarity with GCP/GLP/GxP lab standards and practices
- Familiarity with LIMS systems
- Preferred / Bonus: Experience with ELISA, ELISPOT/FluoroSpot, neutralizing antibody, MSD, cytokine release, or flow cytometry assays
- Previous experience with blood processing workflows and clinical sample handling
- Experience with LabVantage LIMS
- Familiarity with statistical analysis
- Flexibility for weekend, holiday, or after-hours sample support
