Research Assistant (Staff Wage)
About the role
This is a 20 hour/week position supporting research efforts in the School of Medicine, Department of Public Health Sciences at the Institute of Law, Psychiatry and Public Policy. The Research Assistant will be integrally involved in mental health law reform projects, with a focus on firearm restraining order policy and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with literature reviews
- Meetings with collaborators
- Developing resources
- Coding legal materials
- Interviewing stakeholders
- Preparing grant proposals
Requirements
This is a wage position which is not eligible for leave or other benefits and is limited to 1500 hours of work in a year.
