Research Assistant - KER Unit (Flexible hours)

Role And Responsibilities Supports health services and artificial intelligence research projects by performing tasks such as literature searches, data organization, entry, qualitative coding, and database maintenance. Assists with study materials, participant outreach, consent procedures, survey administration, and interview scheduling under supervision. Contributes to reviewing clinical communication data, organizing research outputs, and supporting manuscript or presentation preparation. Ensures data confidentiality, quality, and accurate documentation. Works under direct supervision with a strong attention to detail, flexibility, and multitasking skills. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GED required; coursework in health sciences, public health, psychology, data science, or related fields preferred.Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and good communication skills essential.Experience with Excel preferred; familiarity with REDCap, literature reviews, qualitative coding, medical terminology, survey administration, and research documentation beneficial but not required.Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee; no visa sponsorship available. Additional Details Part-time, flexible hours up to 40 per week with no weekend work.Compensation ranges from $18.43 to $24.75 per hour.Position is nonexempt with no benefits eligibility.
