About the role
PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Research Assistant/Engineer for one of their top clients located in Redmond, WA.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new algorithms and functionalities in data tools
- Build and manage large-scale datasets with high quality and diversity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to convert data needs into solutions
- Contribute to publications and open-source research efforts
- Support innovation in AMI (Artificial Machine Intelligence) from a data perspective
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in LLMs, foundation models, and data research
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, STEM, or Computer Science
- Strong experience with PyTorch and Python for ML tasks
- Familiarity with cloud clusters
- Hands-on experience in machine learning/optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in core ML theory development
- Prior experience in large-scale applied research environments (shorter ramp-up period)
