The Research Assistant ensures research-focused support by maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions. Work is evaluated through a research-focused, assistance-centered lens within the context of an international education and study/work-abroad platform.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research-focused assistance with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
• Review work and study travel job role documentation with status tracking, maintaining traceability and accountability.
• Document data validation and manage deadlines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for all research-focused tasks.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management to prevent downstream rework and surface repeated errors.
• Apply data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines in a research-focused workflow.
• Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning for decisions.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when research depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure role-specific handoffs combine documentation, cross-functional coordination, and research-focused assistance to keep work current and actionable.

Pay
