Research Assistant

The Research Assistant maintains accuracy in a fast-paced environment by keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate. Every checkpoint must document the source, owner, status, and next action, ensuring traceability and accountability within the workflows of cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform document research and dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
• Maintain role documentation with status tracking for research-focused tasks.
• Reconcile data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to support workflow transparency.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level, full-time position. Remote completion of tasks requires documentation, cross-functional coordination, and research-focused assistance to ensure work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
