Research Assistant

The Research Assistant ensures research-focused support by maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions. Work is evaluated through a research-focused, assistance-centered lens within the specified operating contexts.

Responsibilities

• Review research-focused assistance with dashboard reporting, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint.
• Document Swift 7 consultants' role documentation with status tracking, maintaining traceability and accountability.
• Maintain data validation and deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in research outputs.
• Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure consistency and reliability in research deliverables.
• Coordinate quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

• Apply data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines without compromise.

Position Details

Full-time, entry-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
