This Research Assistant role operates within the Marketing function, supporting strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. The position is research-focused, ensuring data and reporting reliability while maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile research-focused assistance with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Coordinate documentation and status tracking for research-focused assistance, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action in alignment with marketing objectives.
- Review data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in research-focused workflows.
- Document processes and reporting to maintain traceability and clarity in research-focused assistance.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring data and reporting reliability under the demands of marketing initiatives.

Position Details
Full-time, entry-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
