The position supports domestic and international travel planning, reservations, ticketing, traveler service, and administrative support and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data, requirements, or research information connected with domestic and international travel planning, reservations, ticketing, traveler service, and administrative support.
• Clean, validate, or review records for missing information, inconsistencies, and unusual values.
• Build or maintain reports, trackers, summaries, process maps, or analysis files appropriate to the role.
• Investigate trends, exceptions, workflow gaps, or research findings and document conclusions clearly.
• Explain findings or requirements in concise updates for managers, clients, or project stakeholders.
• Maintain clear source notes, definitions, and analytical documentation so recurring work stays consistent.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, spreadsheet, research, or business-analysis skills appropriate to the role.
• Careful attention to source quality, calculations, definitions, and documentation.
• Ability to explain findings or requirements clearly to different stakeholders.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• For junior roles, relevant coursework, projects, internships, or transferable analytical experience can qualify.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$64,500 - $74,500 per year
