Responsibilities
- Aid in capturing major interdisciplinary research funding opportunities.
- Create a timeline of milestones for proposal planning and maintain a shared workspace.
- Manage all components of grant applications including budgets and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across various departments to develop proposals.
- Support faculty in writing and reviewing non-technical proposal portions.
- Submit complete proposals to the Office of Sponsored Programs for review and submission.
- Design and facilitate workshops on proposal and grant writing for diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years experience in writing and managing proposals.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong persuasive and technical writing skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear narratives.

$90,000 – $150,000 annually
