About the role

The Research and Development - Food Scientist II will be responsible for developing new food products, conducting quality control tests, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new food products that meet nutritional and flavor requirements
  • Conduct quality control tests to ensure product consistency and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D or similar role
  • Strong understanding of food science principles and techniques
  • Experience with product development and quality assurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of FDA and other relevant regulations
  • Experience with sensory evaluation and taste testing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
