RESEARCH ANALYST (CHICAGO, IL)
Salary: $70,000–$75,000
About the role
At E15, we deliver next-generation insights based on data, not hunches, to drive business in healthcare, campus, corporate, sports, entertainment, hospitality, and retail industries. We help companies make forward-looking decisions that benefit their business and their guests.
The research analyst will work closely with various teams to understand their insight needs and support the development and execution of research that addresses key business objectives. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of methodologies—from syndicated market research to custom surveys and focus groups—to uncover current and future customer needs. You will support all phases of the research process, including development, analysis, interpretation, and reporting, helping turn data and findings into meaningful insights for the business.
Successful analysts are curious about why consumers behave the way they do; are comfortable moving between data and business questions; and can turn that data into a story. Over time, you’ll build expertise in Compass industries, deepen your qualitative and quantitative research skills, and become a trusted insights partner to stakeholders across the business.
