Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains purchase, actual, and encumbered expenses as well as salary distributions through internal systems.
- Collaborates with Financial Analysts and others to reconcile information and provide investigators with regular financial status reports.
- Manages time and effort reporting for defined areas of responsibility, monitoring information and making changes as necessary.
- Authorizes expense items, ensuring prompt payment or resolution of issues with ancillary areas like A/P, HR, and Purchasing.
- Supports the grant proposal submission process, including budget development, and advises investigators on compliance requirements.
- Assists with onboarding and offboarding of labs and staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required.
- 1-3 years of Research Administration experience or 2+ years of related experience required.
- Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Social/Environmental Requirements: Work requires close attention to task for accurate completion, intermittent breaks during the work day, and routine work with close attention to tasks.
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary work with occasional walking, sitting, keyboard use, and fine manipulation using both hands.
Pay Range
$66,000.00 USD - $88,450.00 USD
