About the role
The Center for Behavioral Science Research is hiring an research administrative assistant to support the functions of the center and its Director.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of scientific manuscripts and PowerPoint presentations.
- Proofread grant submissions.
- Help manage the Center’s grant portfolio.
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, processing reimbursement, hiring, scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and updating the website.
- Provide assistance on various research projects and tasks.
- Opportunity to co-author publications and conference presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal and communication skills.
