You’ll live at the intersection of technical expert, trainer, and relationship builder: Lead hands-on product demonstrations for rescue equipment and personal safety systems
Train fire departments, EMS teams, and rescue crews on how to properly use critical equipment
Customize demos to real-world scenarios—not canned presentations
Act as the go-to expert—answering questions, solving problems, and building confidence in the gear
Support the sales team by helping turn demos into real deals and long-term partnerships
Travel to departments, training grounds, and customer sites—this is a field-first role

What You Bring
- Experience with product demos, training, or technical sales (bonus if it’s in safety/rescue equipment)
- Strong technical aptitude—you can learn complex equipment and explain it clearly
- Confidence to lead trainings in front of groups (classroom or hands-on environments)

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Becoming an expert in rescue and personal safety equipment
- Delivering high-impact training and demonstrations that drive conversions
- Supporting pricing, proposals, and customer conversations alongside sales
- Providing post-sale training to ensure customers are fully equipped and confident
- Gathering feedback from the field and helping improve products and processes
- Managing your schedule, travel, and key account activity

ADA Requirements
Bend, squat, climb, grasp, twist, reach, lift or otherwise move frequently for extended periods.
Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs frequently, or more occasionally.
Walk, stand or otherwise move about continuously.
Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer.
Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards including chemicals which may require respiratory protection.
