Responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and accountability
• Help ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively
• Oversee daily production, sales floor presentation, customer service, and donation processing
• Work closely with the Store Manager to drive growth and maintain a positive team culture
