About the role
The Resale Event Management team is responsible for the platform that facilitates resale events. This platform manages the database of events and associated information, ensuring inventory flows to various retail sites.
Responsibilities
- Apply appropriate settings in our system to activate resale events, making them visible on our retail sites.
- Apply links for proper inventory display on multiple resale platforms.
- Verify event information for inventory listing.
- Monitor/apply data changes as needed to ensure event integrity and accuracy.
- Create/adjust artist and venue names as needed.
- Track multiple events and settings for reporting purposes.
- Troubleshoot and respond to customer needs.
- Identify system updates for continued process improvements.
- Maintain continuous inventory flow through the TMR systems.
- Provide support coverage through on-call and adjusting work hours.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge/Interest in live entertainment events, particularly sporting events.
- A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to work on-call and adjust work hours.

- Self-directed and effective working independently, yet comfortable contributing in a team environment.

The Expected Compensation For This Position Is $18.81 USD - $23.51 USD Hourly Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
