Positions are available only at the North Austin location (7501 Burnet Rd) and the South Austin location (3005 South Lamar). Applicants seeking other locations should not apply.

Shift Leader Responsibilities

• Open and close the store by following daily task lists.
• Supervise staff and act as “manager on duty” during assigned shifts.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve higher performance.
• Lead by example in delivering high‑value customer service on and off the sales floor.
• Maintain a fresh, visually enticing, clean, and well‑organized store that exceeds competition and customer expectations.
• Assist management and ownership with overall store operations.
• Excel in sales, customer service, inventory management, housekeeping, and all other in‑store tasks.

Shift Leader Qualifications

• Team player with strong leadership and people skills.
• Proven coaching, customer service, and selling abilities with a take‑charge mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of energy and self‑motivation.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Participate in sorting, evaluating, and purchasing gently used brand‑name clothing, accessories, and shoes from customers.
• Provide excellent customer service through deep brand and style knowledge.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and overall store appearance.
• Engage in sales and customer service interactions with shoppers.

Buyer Qualifications

• Passion for fashion – “live, eat, and breathe” the industry.
• Strong knowledge of young‑adult fashion, designer brands, and vintage items (vintage a plus).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Energetic, upbeat outlook with a desire to build a career and grow with the company.
