Requirements/Documentation Analyst

About the Role

For our client, we are seeking a Requirements/Documentation Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$98,000 – $163,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze project requirements for the workstream
• Assist project leadership in converting requirements into actionable user stories
• Track vendor compliance with contractual obligations with project leads
• Produce written presentations on requirements status
• Provide updates on requirements analysis at team and client meetings

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; candidates preferred with active clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of experience
• Minimum four years of experience in documenting and tracking project requirements
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to dynamic project needs
• Excellent project management abilities
• Clear communication of requirements to non-technical audiences and client relationship building
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
