- Benefits: list many benefits.
- Pay: Salary Range given.
- Schedule: Not explicitly given besides Full Time. Could infer schedule: Full Time. But we should only include Schedule section if posting actually states it. It says Full/Part Time: Full Time. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with "Full Time". However we need to avoid placeholder like "not specified". It's specified.
- About the role: we have a paragraph describing role.
- Responsibilities: we have Essential Job Duties list.
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications maybe.
- Qualifications: Could be Preferred Qualifications.
- Skills: Could be proficiency in Microsoft Office etc.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: Salary Range.
- Schedule: Full Time.
We need to decide which sections to include. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine some.
Potential sections:
- About the role (paragraph summarizing role)
- Responsibilities (list of duties)
- Requirements (minimum qualifications)
- Preferred Qualifications (maybe combine with Requirements? but we can separate)
- Skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office, communication, etc.)
- Benefits (list)
- Pay (salary range)
- Schedule (Full Time)
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, contact info, etc.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to ensure we don't create empty sections.
Let's extract content.
About the role: The paragraph starting "The work you’ll do is more than just a job." up to "This role contributes to the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Agency’s preservation efforts by ensuring clear, timely and compliant servicing decisions." Also earlier sentence "Minnesota Housing is hiring! We’re a mission-focused financial institution looking for a RFA Underwriter who will administer, evaluate and process multifamily loan servicing requests, including changes in ownership, changes in use, payoffs, assumptions, subordinations, and modifications to Agency loans on existing projects." That's part of about role.
We can combine into a few paragraphs.
Responsibilities: the bullet list under Essential Job Duties.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications list.
Preferred Qualifications: separate list.
Skills: Could be the proficiency in Microsoft Office, communication skills, ability to work independently, cultural competency, etc. But many of those are already in Minimum Qualifications. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can combine Skills into Requirements or separate.
Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections, we could have:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Qualifications (including Minimum and Preferred)
- Benefits
- Pay
- Schedule
But we need headings exactly as allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose subset.
We need to include Requirements and Qualifications separate? Might be thin if we split. Better to have Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred) as separate sections.
Skills: we could include proficiency in Microsoft Office etc. But those are already in Minimum Qualifications. Could still make a Skills section but might be thin. However we have enough content: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access; demonstrated communication skills; ability to work independently; cultural competency; ability to work with diverse partners. That's enough for a Skills section.
Thus sections:
- About the role (paragraph)
- Responsibilities (ul)
- Requirements (ul) (minimum qualifications)
- Qualifications (ul) (preferred qualifications)
- Skills (ul) (proficiency, communication, etc.)
- Benefits (ul)
- Pay (p maybe? but rule: use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Pay is not a list; it's a statement. So use
.
- Schedule (p) for Full Time.
We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now extract exact text.
