About the Program

The Republic Leadership Development Program (RLDP) cultivates highly skilled, well-rounded professionals equipped to meet business needs and priorities. This two-to-three-year program prepares early career associates for senior and people leadership positions through three rotations in various business functions. Resources are provided to train and mentor associates, develop critical leadership skills, and assist in successful conversion into a designated role, balancing associate interest and business needs.

The program is built on the following developmental pillars:

  • Mentorship Program with Executive Senior Leaders, Department Leaders, and Program Alumni
  • Foundational Business Acumen through Cross-Functional Rotation Experience
  • Leadership Development Training
  • Annual Industry and Leadership Conferences

Requirements

  • Successful completion of Republic Internship Program, Bachelor’s Degree with a Business concentration, or enrolled in a post-graduate program
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Prior Internship or Co-Op Experience in a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, prioritizing Excel experience
  • Willingness to rotate into various roles and functions across the organization
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions
  • Problem-solving through data-analysis and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
