Reproductive Technicians (Wisconsin)

About the role

ABS Global, a Genus company, is seeking Reproductive Technicians to join our Sales team in Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to work with a global leader in animal genetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge, advice and support sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process to resolve requests regarding product/service technical issues and to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services.
• Work alongside Repro Team Leader/Supervisor, develop on-farm procedures to help facilitate implementation of RMS in each customer's operation, and collaborate with other farm advisors (Vet, Nutritionist, etc.) to integrate RMS into total farm management plan.
• Maintain the route and follow all instructions in a professional manner.
• Represent ABS Global in a manner consistent with company values.
• Ensure the image and service orientation of the department and ABS remain professional at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or Associate's degree in Agribusiness or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year insemination experience preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

• Hands-on cattle handling & reproductive management (AI, heat detection)
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to animal welfare
• Clear communication & teamwork with farmers and advisors
• Self-motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious

Benefits

Pay

Pay range from $45,000 - $50,000 USD, plus company bonus, based on skills and experience.
