Representative Sr Lead, Fund Administration

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Representative Sr Lead, Fund Administration to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee the accounting and administration of complex private equity fund structures, with a strong emphasis on fund-level reporting, audit support, and investor communication. The position requires close partnership with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial statements, capital activity reporting, and timely delivery of critical accounting outputs. You will also provide technical guidance on allocation mechanics and help drive consistent, high-quality fund administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and administration of complex private equity fund structures
• Review and approve financial reporting packages and investor capital statements
• Lead year-end reporting and audit processes as the primary liaison for stakeholders
• Perform and review carried interest and waterfall allocation calculations
• Provide leadership and technical guidance while managing client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in private equity fund accounting or administration with fund-level responsibilities
• Expertise in private equity fund structures and partnership accounting
• Experience with year-end financial statement preparation and audits under U.S. GAAP or IFRS
• Advanced proficiency in fund accounting platforms and strong Excel skills

Pay

$108,230 – $184,000 annually

Location: Remote — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.
