Representative, Parts II

About the role

Primary focus will be to maintain and organize the warehouse inventory in a professional manner as well as perform all of Parts Representative I responsibilities at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Performs all functions of a Parts Representative I at a high level.
• Reviews, creates and places move orders to properly accommodate current/future service staff and customer demands.
• Communicates, makes cognitive decisions, researches, understands deadlines and timelines, and provides accurate results.
• Maintains and organizes the warehouse inventory, keeping it up in a professional manner (including daily cycle counts).
• Good attention to detail, foresees supply orders before running completely out.
• Provides a high level of Customer Service.
• Prepares shipments of repairable/salvageable items.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• 1 to 2 years of related experience.

• Committed to providing quality results to internal and external customers.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience in a computerized environment and working with scanners.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary for travel to other parts locations when needed.

$17.57-26.31 Hourly
