Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer compliments and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Support and mentor associates by providing coaching to improve problem-solving and product knowledge
• Deliver exceptional customer service by reducing repeat contacts and resolving issues at the first point of interaction
• Manage workflows and backlogs by supporting incident ticket and email backlogs as needed
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking trends and providing recommendations on policies and procedures impacting customer experience
