Responsibilities
- Circulate around to collect and return electric bicycles and mopeds from debtors.
- Communicate confidently with debtors about outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
- Utilize CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software to manage tasks.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by other departments.
- Effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
- Willingness to work in various parts of San Francisco, CA, and travel within the state and other cities for day trips.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- One year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Ownership of a car (preferably a larger one for moving bikes) and willingness to use it for the job.
Benefits
- Type of Employment: 1099 contract.
- Pay: $23-$25 per hour, with a higher pay rate based on recovery volume.
- Gas and toll compensation provided.
